Only Time Will Tell….
One hour east of Parma, located on Main Street in the Village of Newark (New York) is the Hoffman Clock Museum. Tucked away in a separate room within the Newark Public Library, the museum is a unique and curious collection of all things chronological.
While the function of a timepiece is to tell time, each piece also has a story of its own – a timeline, if you will. The materials and design of each clock are representative of a point in history in which each timepiece was created.
Eric Hooker, museum curator, will spend his time regaling us with stories about the museum and the thousands of clocks in its collection. Time will tick away with fascinating stories of these interesting timepieces which, for us, will be time well spent.
We look forward to your joining us at the Parma Town Hall on 1300 Hilton Parma Corners Road in Hilton. Our monthly meetings are held in the court/board room.
Light refreshments will be provided. Admission is FREE to all.
